Hello! My name is Christopher and I am an American English Conversation Coach.If you are an intermediate English learner and feel challenged in speaking with confidence and clarity, you have come to the right place.Click on the links below to find out more about me and what I offer for your language journey.
Online Classes
I hold group classes on Google Meet with 3-5 students per class for one hour. You will receive an email with a direct link to the classroom. The class recording and notes are sent in a follow-up email.
I use topic-based lessons that reflect real-life conversations, discussions, and situations. The focus is on being as clear as possible with the level of English you do have and then build from there.
You will receive tasks to complete at home that are connected to the lesson as well as being part of a WhatsApp group to ask questions and practice your speaking in between classes.

NOTE*
Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. If you are not able to attend, you will still receive the recording, class notes, and materials. Refunds will not be given for missed classes.
About Me
I have been teaching for 25 years.
I was a classroom teacher for 13 years before I decided to travel. Since then, I have taught English online to students all over the world.I have learned in my experience that students really like the easy way in which I speak and teach that helps them feel comfortable and confident in class. I love learning from others about their lives, cultures, and reasons for wanting to learn English.
WhatsApp Speaking Group
For those who can't join a group class OR if you don't feel comfortable enough to join group classes yet, I also offer a way to get more speaking practice with WhatsApp English Speaking Support.
I post weekly speaking tasks for you to respond to and you will receive feedback and encouragement. You can also learn from others who are doing the same. You are welcome to be private and send your voice messages to me by DM (direct message).
I will post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
I will respond on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays (if available). You are more than welcome to try it out free for 14 days. After that, you can pay to continue or I will simply remove you from the group.
I will also have a live call once or twice a month, as well as send important information that will support you in your speaking practice such as word lists, useful phrases, and grammar advice.
How to sign up
If you are interested in joining the WhatsApp Free Trial, simply click on the button below and you will be sent to the sign-up page. If you do not have WhatsApp installed on your phone or computer you will be asked to do that before you can join.
When your trial is over
Once your week is over I will ask you if you wish to continue. If so, I will give you a payment link. After payment you will be directed back to the website for another link to join the full group. It is a monthly membership of $20 per month. You may cancel at anytime with a cancellation link.
